Adorable waterfront cottage

Wow!!

The cottage has a great lake front with lots of sun exposure.  
The swimming is awesome, and there is a wharf for your summer fun!

This property is cottage living at its best. It is situated right on the waterfront 
and has a nice deck overlooking the lake. There is a wharf, and a sandy beach with sun into the afternoon and evening.  The cottage is nestled nicely into the trees, so the home stays pleasant and cool during the day. Enjoy roasting marshmallows or visiting at the campfire located by the beach.

This heritage cottage is cozy and loaded with character. It has a wrap around screened in porch in which the dining room and some of the sleeping spots are located. There is also a kitchen, dressing room, a large living room with a rock fireplace and a 3 piece bathroom with an antique claw foot tub (no shower).

The Kitchen and Living Room

The Kitchen Prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen which includes electric range, fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave, blender, all pots, pans, dishes, utensils.	Living room has a beautiful  rock fireplace and plenty of character.   There are two twin beds in the  far side of the large living room for extra sleeping arrangements.
The Screened in Porch
The Dining Room The dining room is located in the screened porch facing the lake.   Enjoy every meal or a game of cards at this awesome antique table  watching the sun cross the sky above the lake.

  The Sleeping Arrangements

The sleeping arrangements are also located in the screened porch area.  
Wake up every morning listening to the sound of the waves rolling into the beach.
The master bedroom has a NEW double bed and is separated by a curtain.  
The is also three NEW twin size beds arranged in the porch area. 

The master bedroom has a brand new double bed and is located to the side of the porch. It is separated by a curtain for privacy.	There are also three brand new twin beds arranged in the porch area that overlooks the lake.
The Bathroom
The bathroom has a sink, toilet, and plenty of  charm with an antique claw foot tub and NEW in 2008 there is also a shower. (new pictures coming soon...)
